Although we are the oldest letterbox company in Germany with a pronounced penchant for stability, we serve a market segment that is developing explosively due to the Internet trade in goods – not only in terms of sales, but also in terms of technology.
The customer wants a system with an entrance panel and communication device, but the WLAN connection for mail notification when a package is received is stuck at the intended point? Have you ever mentally rolled up your sleeves and sorted out the alternative connection options? Then you’ve come to the right place with us. We are looking for people who enjoy creative detailed solutions. And a good portion of patience 🙂
Your tasks
- Contact person for our customers and field service for the sale of complex mailbox systems, parcel stations, communication elements, etc. that require explanation
- Back office work in the sales team and cooperation with a field service partner
- Customer advice, configuration and calculation for technically complex inquiries and orders, from the customer inquiry to delivery and assembly
- solution-oriented cooperation with other company departments and customers
- good development and training opportunities
- Independent, responsible work in a team with a high degree of freedom
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience
