Smart access systems.
One lock for all.

With electronic access control systems such as COMYDO, access to buildings or mail and parcel boxes can be digitally controlled extremely efficiently.

Access via QR codes

Managing conventional (physical) keys made of metal is often time-consuming – especially when groups of people change. Issuing keys is time-consuming and costly, as is the production of replacement keys.

With electronic access control systems, we offer a solution that simplifies access management while reducing costs and risks. QR codes turn smartphones, ID cards and even parcels into access keys – without the need for an additional app or transponder. The codes are flexible and versatile, and can also be managed centrally via online portals. It takes just a few clicks to determine who has access to buildings and for how long. This not only reduces the administrative effort, but also the costs.

Such access controls are also a highly efficient solution for parcel delivery. The QR codes are used here as opening codes for parcel facilities. After scanning and checking the delivery information, the system reliably grants access to the building and/or immediately opens the recipient’s parcel locker.

Digital nameplates for mailboxes

Conventional (physical) name badges are just as time-consuming as mechanical locking systems, which is why we are replacing them with electronic displays.

Even frequently changing groups of recipients, such as in shared offices, are extremely easy to manage centrally. Replacing paper inserts is no longer necessary.
