Smart access systems.
A single lock to rule them all.

Electronic access systems like COMYDO and others allow controlled access to buildings or mailboxes and parcel boxes with remarkable efficiency.

Access via QR codes

Managing conventional (physical) metal keys is often time-consuming, particularly with changing groups of people. Key distribution involves time and cost, as does the production of replacement keys.

Electronic access control systems offer a solution that simplifies access management while reducing both costs and risks. Through QR codes, smartphones, ID cards and even packages become access keys without requiring additional apps or transponders. The codes are flexibly deployable and versatile in use, and can be managed centrally via online portals. With just a few clicks, you can determine who gets access to buildings and for what period. This reduces both administrative effort and costs.

For parcel delivery, such access controls are also a highly efficient solution. The QR codes are used here as opening codes for parcel systems. After scanning and verifying the delivery information, the system reliably grants access to the building and/or directly opens the recipient’s parcel compartment.

Digital name plates for mailboxes

Conventional (physical) name badges are just as time-consuming as mechanical locking systems, which is why we are replacing them with electronic displays.

Even frequently changing groups of recipients, such as in shared offices, can be managed centrally with remarkable ease. Replacing paper inserts is no longer necessary.
