The operator creates his customers with e-mail address or telephone number via his portal access and receives a storage code with which he opens a compartment of the system and inserts the goods.
The customer automatically receives an e-mail or SMS with the opening PIN. Returns and exchanges are also possible via the customer portal.
PAKNO systems are controlled by an intuitive 10 inch touch display built into a function box.
First Level Service: In case of problems and queries, KNOBLOCH is available as the first point of contact for the customer. Alternatively, he can contact our system partner directly by phone or electronically (via backend).
Second level service is provided by our system partner for a fee.
When high availability is required: we offer a maintenance contract as an add-on option, which includes, among other things, annual preventive on-site maintenance.
