With the KNOBOX, receiving parcels is as easy as receiving letters. Every delivery person can place their package in the closed (but not locked) KNOBOX and then close it with one click. This means your shipment will be kept safe until you open the compartment again with your key. When we say every delivery person, we really mean everyone! Whether DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS or a regional supplier – without training, without a contract and without additional costs.
In the initial state, the door is closed but not locked. The delivery person turns the handle to the right and opens the door to insert his delivery.
The delivery person then closes the door, turns the handle to the left again and locks it by clicking it. The KNOBOX can now only be opened with a key.
The recipient unlocks the KNOBOX with their key and turns the handle to the right to open the door. The recipient can now remove the shipment. He then closes the door so that the parcel box is ready for the next delivery.
All KNOBOXES come with a transparent sticker with short, illustrated instructions. This can be attached to the parcel box and explains the functional principle to deliverers.
With Mechanical parcel lock CLEVERLOCK, available in two sizes:
either one or two Mailboxes with a flush Nameplate MAXAV1
KNOBOXES with a mailbox (models 11 and 12) have parcel and mailbox locks that key alike. KNOBOXES with two mailboxes (models 13 and 14) have different locks.
Optionally with a function box with speaking screen EBOX including universal adapter for mounting the speaking module, with stainless steel bell buttons and flush name plate MAXAV1.
With designer cladding RI234 including rain edge at the front for dry delivery and removal.
For assembly, the KNOBOX is removed from the integrated base by loosening the internal screw connection. The base can then be positioned on the prepared foundation and screwed into place. In the last step, the KNOBOX is placed back on the base and screwed.
