Solutions for Apartment Buildings
PAKNO is the parcel delivery system for apartment buildings with electronic delivery system based on PAKNO technology. The intuitive system with a large touch display is freely accessible to every delivery person. The use of the system requires independent online registration of the user (Recipient).
The delivery person uses the intuitive display to select the recipient PAKNO automatically opens a compartment into which the shipment can be placed.
The recipient will receive an automatic delivery notification with the pickup code via e-mail.
PAKNO can also be used for returns. To do this, the user creates a goods transfer via his or her porta access and provides the delivery person with the opening PIN.
PAKNO systems are controlled by an intuitive 10 inch touch display built into a Function Box.
First Level Service: In case of problems and queries, KNOBLOCH is available as the first point of contact for the customer. Alternatively, he can contact our system partner directly by phone or electronically (via backend).
Second level service is provided by our system partner for a fee.
When high availability is required: we offer a maintenance contract as an add-on option, which includes, among other things, annual preventive on-site maintenance.
You need a power supply connection (230 V). A corresponding power supply unit is included in the scope of delivery.
Depending on the license model (service contract), the Internet connection is via LTE (mobile radio)* or via LAN connection. The router is included in the scope of delivery in each case.

It is concluded between the operator and KNOBLOCH and is a prerequisite for using the system. Two license models are possible:
Premium: PAKNO as a plug&play solution with LTE connection (via mobile radio). The SIM card and applicable fees are included in this license model.
Light: Internet connection is via LAN connection (router is supplied, operator must provide LAN connection on site) or via LTE router provided by customer.
